You have to send us your old rim first. Otherwise we have to take a deposid of180,- € which you get back after we make an technical and optical check of you old one.

It is important to ensure that your old rim to receive our exchange rim, relatively at the same time is sent (within 14 days) back to us.

     after 2 weeks 10% of the deposit amount will be retained
     after 3 weeks 20% of the deposit amount will be retained
     after 4 weeks 30% of the deposit amount will be retained
     after 6 weeks 40% of the deposit amount will be retained
     after 9 weeks, a return is no longer possible
